Printing & Presentation Options
All artworks in photography can be printed in any size you wish, tailored to your space and preferences. Each print is produced using high-quality professional printing standards to ensure clarity, depth, and longevity.
We offer a variety of premium materials, including glossy paper, matte paper, and canvas. Glossy paper enhances color intensity and sharpness, while matte paper provides a soft, elegant finish with minimal reflection. Canvas prints offer a more painterly and contemporary look.
Canvas artworks are carefully stretched over wooden stretchers, creating a ready-to-hang piece with a refined and durable presentation. All materials are selected to preserve the integrity of the image and to meet archival standards whenever possible.
Custom sizes, finishes, and presentation options are available upon request, allowing each artwork to be uniquely adapted to your personal or professional environment.
Framing Options
We offer a range of framing options designed to enhance and protect each artwork while respecting its aesthetic integrity. Frames are selected to complement the artwork and the surrounding space, ensuring a harmonious and elegant presentation.
Available framing styles include classic, contemporary, and minimalist designs, using high-quality materials such as natural wood, painted wood, or metal. A variety of finishes and colors are available upon request.
For photographic works on paper, framing may include archival mats and UV-protective glazing to help preserve the artwork and reduce exposure to light and environmental factors. Matte or non-reflective glass options are available to minimize glare while maintaining visual clarity.
Canvas artworks may be presented unframed, stretched on wooden supports for a clean, modern look, or framed with floating (shadow-box) frames, which create visual depth and a refined gallery-style presentation.
All framing is executed by professional framers using archival-quality materials whenever possible to ensure durability and long-term preservation. Framing costs vary depending on size, materials, and design selections and will be added to the final price of the artwork.
Custom framing solutions are available to meet specific preferences or spatial requirements.
Delivery & Shipping
We offer delivery of the artwork to any location you choose, both nationally and internationally. Each piece is carefully packed using professional, protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Packing and shipping costs are calculated based on the size, medium, destination, and specific handling requirements of the artwork. These costs will be added to the final price of the artwork and confirmed prior to shipment.
For local deliveries, personal delivery or specialized art-handling services may be arranged when appropriate. For domestic and international shipments, we work with trusted carriers experienced in handling fine art.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the artwork specifications and destination. Tracking information and shipping details will be provided whenever available, offering peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
Certificates of Authenticity
Each artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, guaranteeing the originality and legitimacy of the piece. This certificate serves as an official document issued by DEFA, Dora Espinoza Fine Art, and/or the artist.
The Certificate of Authenticity includes essential details such as the artist’s name, title of the artwork, year of creation, medium, dimensions, and edition number (when applicable). For photographic works, the certificate specifies whether the print is a limited edition or open edition, along with the total number of prints produced.
Each certificate is signed by the artist and/or DEFA, and may include additional identifying elements such as a unique reference number or studio stamp. This documentation is intended to provide collectors, institutions, and galleries with confidence in the provenance and value of the artwork.
Certificates of Authenticity play an important role in collection management, resale, insurance, and exhibition, serving as a permanent record that accompanies the artwork throughout its lifetime.
Replacement certificates can be issued only under specific circumstances and may require verification of ownership. Certificates are non-transferable without the artwork and have no independent commercial value.
